Janet provides voice lessons, image and career consulting and grooming for record deals, Keith runs the studio for the demos. Both are performers as well, so they know their stuff!
I sang for a long time in the original inception of Chris' hugely popular band in Nashville, Chris Mitchell and the Collection, and he's also a long time cowriter of mine. One of the most talented people I've ever met.
Mark and I go way back...he used to host a writer's night at the Days Inn on West End in Nashville, which was the first writer's night I ever played when I lived there. We've been buds ever since...and he's won a bunch of songwriting awards since, too!
